Got one of these bogus messages today. Thought I would share this information: Apple text message scam  An Apple text message scam is a fraudulent text message that appears to be from Apple, often claiming your Apple ID is compromised, urging you to click a link to update your account details, or requesting sensitive information like your password or credit card number, all with the goal of stealing your personal information; key signs to watch out for include a sender number not clearly identified as Apple, urgent requests for personal details, suspicious links, and a sense of urgency to act immediately.  How to identify an Apple text message scam:  * Sender number: A legitimate Apple message will clearly display "Apple" as the sender, not a random phone number.  * Urgency tactics: Scammers often create a sense of urgency by claiming your account is about to be locked or that you have unauthorized activity.  * Suspicious links: Be cautious of any links in the m...
